Eger web servisi eklerken boyle bir hata aliyorsaniz, bir az gülün, yok çok gülün benim gibi, niye mi? Bir proje açıyosunuz ve direk web servisi ekleyip, runlamaya calışıyosunuz. Oldu gözlerim doldu. 
Hani bu adamin lib leri? Haa…Netbeans 6.1 te proje ye direk sag tiklayip, properties->librariers den jax-ws21 ekliyoruz, sonra bakıyonuz ki the problem is solved
